Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this new image release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
